Chongqing Beisheng Pharmachem Co., Ltd. is a high-tech corporation engaged in the R & D of new medicines and medical intermediates, and chemical process development and scaled production, mainly devoted to the R & D and production of medical ingredients and organic intermediates that are technically sophisticated with high added values.
Now, the company has established an R & D Center of 3, 500 sq m in Shuitu New & High-tech Park of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area. It has also been equipped with 410 sets of first-class experimental equipment and analysis instruments and staffed with over 80 high-quality researchers, among whom 70% are with master or above degree and 100% have rich experience in product development and qualifications for R & D of organic synthesis, biological fermentation, natural product extraction, etc.
Located in Sansheng Town, Beibei District, Chongqing, the production base has been established including workshops as chemical synthesis, biological fermentation and natural product extraction and purification, etc. With total 590 various production devices.
In addition, it has a plantation base for high-value-added herbs, such as Taxus media, of nearly ten-thousand mu in the Qingfeng Mount, the south foot of the Huaying Mountain, at 800-1, 040 m above sea level, with suitable soil and climate for Taxus media. GAP regulations are strictly followed by the Company to artificially grow Taxus media at the base, which has an annual planting capacity of 10 million plants, and thus becoming one of the largest Taxus media plantation bases in China.
