With regard to manufacture of springs,our company introduced several spring forming machines,including 35 CNC automatic spring forming machines,14 computer compression machines,7 computer extension machines,2 torsion machines,which can product several models of spring wired from 0.1 mm to 5.0 mm. The products are widely applied to physical apparatus, stationery, switch, deck, remote controller, compressor, walkman, camera, TV set, DVD, refrigerator, motorcycle, automobile, 3C and IA appliance, etc.
With regard to quality control,our company adopts several advanced inspection and cleaning devices,like as projector,extension and compression tester,torsion tester,Salt spray tester,Ultrasonic cleaner,and so on. We import high quality materials from Japan,Korea, Belgium, Sweden. We hold ISO9001:2000,ISO14001:2004 Quality Systems certification and accord to RoHS,REACH environmental standards strictly.
We set up offices and salers in Fuzhou,Shanghai,Suzhou,Qingdao, and Guangdong to form a complete distribution networks around the country.
