Zhi Sheng (Huizhou) Petrochemical Co., Ltd is a foreign-founded enterprise. Founded in DEC. 2006, was established by SIGNPOST (HK) LIMITED, the total investment of company is 260million RMB. The company is located in the NO. 1 Bin Hai 10th Rd. Daya Bay petrochemical industrial zone, Huizhou City, it covers 40, 000 square meters.

Scope of business: Specializing in production and sale of surfactant. The main products include nonionic surfactants (AEO, NPE) and anionic surfactant (Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid, Alkyl sulfate, Alcohol Ether Sulfates). The product are widely used in personal care and toiletries (Shampoo, bath liquid, hand washing liquid, toothpaste), medicine and dyeing. Major customers include Procter & Gamble, white and other well-known enterprise, with a high degree of recognition.

The plant is constructed in two phases. The first phase Ethoxylation Plant was invested 100 million RMB for the project which can produce surfactant 60, 000 tons per year (importing the technology and equipment of American HHT). The first plant has put into production successfully on 26th, Aug. 2010. The second phase is Sulfonation project which was established to produce anionic surfactant 90, 000 tons per year (importing the technology and equipment of Italian Ballestra). The second Plant have put into production successfully on October 2011.

Zhi Sheng will improve the quality system refer to the standard of GMP, and will take full advantage of maturity, reliability and advanced for processing technology to develop the kings of surfactant to satisfy the requirement of the market. Zhi Sheng will become he largest surfactant supplier in southern China when these two Plants start up.
