Natural Phenethyl Alcohol (EU Standard, 99.9%) is Novorate's first industrialized natural product. Our product, obtained by biotransformation of natural amino acid using yeast, has been confirmed natural by Eurofins Scientific. Cross-contamination is avoided through a unique production process consisting of a computer-controlled fermentation system, centrifugation, concentration, and rectification. Each unit in the line is fabricated from stainless steel in compliance with the hygiene requirements for food-grade products.

Novorate pays great attention to source control. Any complications which may occur in the use of natural resources, EHS management, quality management, and manufacturing processes are overcomed at the design phase according to the requirements of regulations, industry standards, and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA). Through this approach we ensure deficiencies are screened for at an early stage, reducing the need for process control and end treatment. Furthermore, rigorous control measures have been adopted in order to ensure that the implementation conforms to the design, such as Training, Internal Audit, Equipment Maintenance, Lock-out and Tag-out (LOTO), Permit-to-Work (PTW), Management of Change (MOC), Management of Suppliers, Fixation Management, and FIFO.
