Zhonghuan Gas Over Oil actuators is developed based on the designs from market well-known products from Europe and North America, redesigned with optimizing and customizing for real site applications in China pipelines. The modularizing design, electrical components ex-proof, low consumption components, low temperature displaying, cathodic protection current remaining and anti-surge protection, GSM text alarming and wireless SCADA communication are all the inventive designs. Zhonghuan is capable to manufacture the GOO actuators up to 56" pipeline ball valves with the control accuracy of 0.5% and gain the high reputation in the market.

API 6A wellhead safety systems developed by Zhonghuan are serving in the fields in Sichuan, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Jinlin as well as overseas include America, Mexico, Turkmenistan. There are approximately 500 sets of wellhead safety systems are in the service around the world. The control panels dedicated for wellhead chock manifolds is capable to control maximum 6 SDV and 2 chocks locally and remotely. The variety systems of the pneumatic, hydraulic, gas over oil and electrical-hydraulic motivated are well accepted in the field with its world class QA control procedures, designs, reliability and integrity.

Pipeline gas driven actuators takes the gas from the pipeline directly, provides the protection in pipeline failure by over pressure and leakage, suitable for 8" pipeline and smaller, which is also in many services of CNPC pipelines.

Zhonghuan is also capable to provide the valve-actuator assembling and valve maintenance services to oil & gas and petrochemical industries.
