Located originally in Taoyuan Industrial Zone, Meihua Town, Changle, Fuzhou City, Fuzhou Wanquan Plastic Co., Ltd., is a manufacturer mainly engaged in processing, production and sales of recycled plastic grain share-held by Beijing Wanquan Investment Co., Ltd., It accounts for about 3, 000 square meters with production departments, warehouses, administrative areas, dormitories and dining hall and other supporting facilities. Its productive capacity in 2007 reached 4, 800 tons and it owns the import license for ethylene polymers, PET and other plastic scrap and waste issued by State Environmental Protection Administration.

Owing to development needs, in December of 2007, Fuzhou Wan Quan Plastic Co., Ltd., purchased industrial lands of nearly 60, 000 square meters integrated for import trade, process and R&D of recyclable and reproducible resources in the development zone. And in September of 2008, the company moved to Jiangyin Industrial Concentrating Area, Fuzhou and added its registered capitals to 14 million RMB.
