Guiyang Yaoshi Dongli Technology Co., Ltd. is registered in Guiyang International Financial Center and was established in 2023. The production factory is located in Dongfeng Town Industrial Park, Wudang District, Guiyang City, covering an area of 80000 square meters, with over 5000 square meters of factory facilities and a total investment of 30 million yuan. The factory was built in 2009, and after nearly a decade of development, it now has a comprehensive enterprise integrating casting and mechanical processing.

The company currently has one precision casting coated sand production line for crankshafts and one CNC flexible machining production line for crankshafts, with an annual output of 50000 pieces. The product quality is strictly manufactured in accordance with the national standard GBT23339-2018 Technical Conditions for Internal Combustion Engine crankshafts. The material of the cast crankshaft should reach QT800-3 or above, and all physical and chemical indicators should be strictly followed.

The machining is equipped with advanced equipment and instruments such as CNC lathes, crankshaft whirlwind milling, CNC drilling and milling equipment, grinding measurement instruments, and two sets of nitriding equipment. The tolerance of the shaft diameter relies on CNC inspection to control the size, fully meeting the customer's installation requirements. We have rich experience and technical means in controlling and ensuring quality in various stages and processes of production, which should be the basis for our stable quality. The process foundation is to produce and manufacture according to the level requirements of domestic OEM, and customers can process according to their own needs.
