The predecessor was Shengfang United Formaldehyde Factory founded in 1996 and renamed Unite Chemical Co., Ltd. In 2002 with two subsidiary plants: The old factory located at Shengfang development zone with the area of 3.3 acres and started three formaldehyde production lines from 1996 to 2002. The new factory located at Shengfang economic coordination area (Xinzhang development zone) with the area of 8.34 acres and started two formaldehyde production lines from 2005 to 2006, arranged pentaerythritol project on September, 2007 and completed on April, 2008.
