Shandong Yinger Foodstuffs Co., Ltd(Former name Shandong Dairy Products Factory) was established in 1976 with the registered capital CNY 8500, 000.

"Yinger" brand peanut butter is the famous- brand prodcut of Shandong Provice, and has the honour to get "The Ministry of Agriculture High Quality Products". The brand "Yinger" is the famous trademark of Shandong Province, and the brand "Buddy's" is the "Export Famous Brand"of Shandong Province. Our products are sold well in the shopping malls and supermarkets of large and middle-sized cities of China, such as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, etc. 70% of our products export to Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, France and other countries.

Advanced Equipment

In 1985, we introduced a peanut butter production line from Heinen Germany with annual production capacity 3000MT. In 1995, we introduced another peanut butter production line from Proctor US with annual capacity 5000MT. And in 2005, we acquired the Henan Ji Li Foodstuffs Co., Ltd which equipped with full set machines from USA with annually capacity 12, 000MT. Yinger becomes a leading peanut butter manufacturer from Asia and the total capacity reached 20, 000 per year.

Laboratory

The laboratory of our company equiped advanced aflatoxin inspection machine from USA and Japan. We can inspect the item including color, taste, moisture, particle size, ash content, fat, protein, acid value, peroxide, aflatoxin, coliform, total germ, yeast&mould, salmonella. In 2008, we purchased the liquid chromatography from US which can test the details content of the aflatoxin.

R&D Results

Our company established close relationship with the Zhengzhou Grain College and received very good achievement. In 1988, we worked with the Zhengzhou Grain College and settled the oil separation problem. In 1991, this achievement was awarded the "filled the blank" by our government. In 1996, the State Spark Project"the exploring of products without oil separtion" won the second prize of Shandong Spark Program. And in 1998, the company was listed as main industry. In 2005, the company was named as "Leading company of Shandong Provincial agriculture industries".

Employee

We also cooperated with Zhengzhou Grain College for technology renovation and employee attending in a advanced studies. Over 80% of our employees were trained.

- On May 21, 2000, the company passed the CQC ISO9001 authentication.

- On November 30, 2005, the company passed the HALAL certification by Shandong Islamic Association.

- In 2006, acquired the Henan Ji Li Food Company for peanut butter production.

- In 2007, passed the QS authentication.

- In Semptember 2009, the company passed the SGS BRC authentication.
