Processing instructions:

Raw material: Refers to unprocessed, with oxide skin on the surface, and sawn on all four sides (A3 and 45 # are oxygen cut, while other mold steel is sawn by a saw machine). It can be sawed according to customer requirements and weighed according to actual weight

Smooth plate/precision plate: It is milled and processed, with a grinder grinding both sides and a milling machine milling all four sides. The default tolerance for smooth plate is plus 0.3mm to 0.5mm, and for precision plate, it is minus 0 to plus 0.02mm. The weight of smooth plate/precision plate is calculated based on the theoretical weight.

All material dimensions of the entire network can be sawn and cut according to the tolerance requirements of the customer. The maximum width of the smooth board can be processed to 2.2 meters * 6 meters long, and the tolerance requirements for the precision board can be strict to ± 0.02mm. In the Pearl River Delta region, large quantities can be settled on a monthly basis, and regions from other provinces can come to our company for factory inspection at any time.
