Once a subsidiary of Qilu Petrochemical Company, Xinsu Company was established in June, 1992 and then reformed into private enterprise in 2005. Standing near Qingao Port, Xinsu could takes use of convenient transportation, which provides excellent investment conditions and wide development prospect.

With a registered capital of RMB 18.58 million and fixed assets of RMB 80 million, Xinsu has 8 main production plants, manufacturing such four products as catalyst, hot-melt powder, anti-blocking master batch and stearate, which are sold to large domestic petrochemical companies. The company has 5 production lines for titanium-based solid and liquid catalyst and chromium-based solid catalyst, the core products of Xinsu, with annual capacity of 500 tons. Xinsu also owns an exclusive test base for polyethylene catalyst testing and evaluating equipment, and pilot and LLDPE/HDPE equipment of Qilu Petrochemical, for full evaluation of products. With annual capacity of 15000 tons, hot-melt powder wins wide recognition from various domestic large and small enterprises. As a result, Xinsu becomes the biggest production base of hot-melt powder in China. The annual capacity of both anti-blocking mater batch and that of stearate is 3000 tons. Furthermore, Xinsu also produces polyolefin composite dust-free additives and oleamide (erucic amide). At present, with full product range, high quality and strong market service ability, Xinsu distributes its products to various large domestic petrochemical enterprises and to interlining fabric industry and interior automobile accessories industry, exports them to Southeast Asia and Middle East and now exploits actively European and American markets.

Passing ISO9001: 2000 quality certification in 2003, Xinsu was awarded Hi-Tech Enterprise of Shandong Province, Engineering & Research Center for Polyethylene Catalyst of Shandong Province and Contract Honoring and Promise Keeping Enterprise.
