Our workshop, machine and technology

We have 4 main production workshops, film blowing workshop and package making workshop, printing workshop as well as tailoring sewing workshop

At film blowing workshop, we use one of the common materials of plastic products -polyethylene resin with suitable additives, to produce different characters plastic films into coil style for the next processing. Spray paint covered film need to be processed by static treatment and corona treatment In the workshop, plastic courier bag is used composite structure which is produced by three layers co-extrusion machine, and put black master batch in the inner layer as well as white master batch in the outer layer. So we can cover the inside light And make good printing effect on outside. Plastic bag and plastic seat cover is using traditional one layer film technology, such as HDPE or LDPE, which is according to customers' different requirements.

At package making workshop, the coil style plastic film is melted and sealed by high temperature on the package making machine. Usually, we use differentbags channels in terms of different products., Plastic seat cover is the same way. Spar paint covered film does not need to be melted, just to be cut according to different length needs; Disposable plastic gloves and apron need to be melted and sealed by special ways; Plastic courier bag needs A more complicated process, not only need to be melted and sealed, but also glue coated.
