We have equipped large and heavy machining equipment and high precision equipment, so that large & medium products, medium and small size stamped automotive products and various kinds of moulds can be machined in our factory. Now, there are more than 60 sets of large and medium-sized CNC machines and more than 60 sets of digital stamping equipments in our workshops.

The machining workshop:

The maximum lifting capacity of crane: 100 tons

The largest CNC gantry milling machine: XKA - 2850 (with the processing range of 5.5 × 4 × 16 meters, and the type is three five-axis linkages)

The largest floor type boring and milling machine: TK6920 (with the processing range of 4 × 12 meters and the maximum load bearing capability of rotary table is 80 tons, and the type is four seven-axis linkages)

The precision machining workshop:

High-precision DMG five-axis CNC machining centers

Haas four-axis horizontal machining centers

The biggest vertical machining center in China

And other high standard four-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers made by OKUMA-BYJC, Feeler, Hanland, Kunming machine tool and SYMG etc.

The stamping workshop:

Frame type hydraulic presses with maximum punching shear of 16000KN, 12000KN

Mechanical presses with punching shear of 6300KN, 4000KN

Hanging and desktop spot welders

And electrostatic spraying production line.

Major inspection instruments:

Xinbaolu has more than 300 sets of inspection instruments such as the μ -grade NC CMM ML203015L, MQ10158 and Mistral775 to ensure the requirements of high-precision inspection and measurement during the machining process.
