User Guide:A190 Mecare Activity Tracker

Activity tracker Binding:
Connect the Activity tracker to your PC with the included USB cable.
Open the Sync software and login your Mecare account.
After login, click " Add to Bind" to bind your activity tracker and follow the directions to finish the binding.

Online Data Sync:

1.Login in the Sync software with your Mecare account.
(It is suggested to set the Sync software to be auto run with PC system startup)

2.Connect the Activity tracker to your PC with USB cable.All data will be automatically synchronized.

Remarks:
Please set personal data after binding Activity tracker to ensure accurate count.
All previous data will be cleared when the activity tracker is bound to a new Mecare account (including the first binding).Previous data will not synchronize to your Mecare account.
One Mecare account can only bind 1PC activity tracker.If you want to bind the activity tracker to another Mecare account, please unbind first from the old account and then bind the activity tracker to the new account.

Product Operation

1.Sleep Mode
Press the function button for 3 seconds to enter into sleep mode.When sleep mark flashes, press function button once again to confirm the start of the sleep mode.

2.Display Switch
Press function button to change display.

Under exercise mode, the OLED display as following:
Time, Date, Battery Indicator

Calories Burned (unit:Kcal)

Walking Distance (unit:Kilometer)

Walking Steps (unit:Step)

2.Under sleep mode, the OLED display as following:

Wear Mecare Activity Tracker
For exercise mode, please clip the device on your cloth or put it into your pocket.
For Sleep mode, please use the accessory wristband and wear the device on your wrist.

4.Battery charge
Recharge battery with the included USB cable.It usually takes about 1 hour for battery charging.For every charge, the device can use for 5-7 days.

Standby Mode
The device will enter into standby mode automatically with no operation.It is no need to power it off.For every charge, the standby time can last for 45 days.

Time Setting
Do not need to set time.
Time will be automatically updated when the device is synchronizing data online.
