Wuxi KEH Electronics Co., Ltd is founded in the base of No. 6 Wuxi Radio Component Factory. We are specializing in produce high and super-high frequency products. Our mainly products lines are set top box, 2.4G wireless transmitter and receiver, solar energy product, all kinds of tuner and modulator for TV, satellite receiver, DVB-C receiver, DVB-T receiver. Now we emphasize on the areas of IT industry and digital products.
We have now a staff of 1200, among whom professionals of various trades are 250, and we have a construction area of 24000 m 2. Among our equipment are advanced units from Sharp and Panasonic of Japan, and GI of USA and top level instruments for inspection/testing from Hewitt Packard of USA. In addition to our existing equipment, the integral digital tester SFQ and DVRG from Rohde-Schwarz Co. Of Germany, which helps to keep us up with the world's advanced level in terms of equipment, instrumentation, technology and quality system. With advanced technical means and advanced technology our company is among the top level in the nation in terms of product development and capability.
Developing new product to meet the market is focused on. In recent years, we are launching many kinds of digital tuner to the market. To develop digital cable product, we are cooperating with DVN (Shanghai) Ltd which is invested by DVN (holdings) Ltd-Hongkong and releasing digital cable set top box. In 2002, we began to develop solar energy product. So far, solar energy water heater, inverter, bus stop, underground parking lamp etc. Have been accomplished.
50 sets of SMT machines form 15 lines of completed SMT production lines and 11 lines of assembly lines. Calculating by chips, our SMT production ability is 3.6 billion points per year and completed product production ability is 24 million pieces per year.
Our customers are distributing in Germany, Korea, Japanese, USA, Hongkong etc. Domestic customers are including Hisense, Haier, Xoceco, Panda, SVA, Skyworth and so on.
