Guangzhou Wire Auto Parts Co., ltd is Chinese-Canadian Joint venture, located in Auto Industrial Zone of Zengcheng, Guangdong, with a total area of 26, 800m2 and 267 workers. And also a 4000 m2 branch plant in Wuhan, Hubei Province...We are a leading manufacture of Wire forms (springs), zigzag springs, door lock rods, trunk torsion bars, seat slide pipes, welded parts, seat frame assembly, etc., mainly for automotive industry.

As for equipment, we are furnished with the first-class CNC 7-Axes Wire Formers, CNC Rod Forming Machines, CNC Pipe Forming Machine (with weld line auto-identify unit), Automatic Zigzag Spring Formers, Circumrotate Multi-sport Welding machine, CO2 Panasonic Welding Robot, Temper-nylon coating Furnace, etc...And also comprehensive testing equipment, such as Hbrvu hardness check machine, load test machine, profile projector, torsion test machine, salt fog test chamber, life test machine, etc...Most of the equipment are imported from Japan, Taiwan, France, etc. This is partly what distinguishes s us from other manual working factories in China.

With the advanced equipment, we are also endowed with superb "software"_great teamwork spirit of all the staff, including the management level and the skilled front line workers. Our top customer now is Honda (2 tier), including Guangzhou Honda, Wuhan DF Honda, and also exporting 2nd tier to Japan Honda, with products covering a whole series of brand Accord, Fit, City, CIVIC, CRV. And 2nd major customer is the second largest automotive supplier in Europe- Faurecia, to whom we are supplying seat cushion frames, covering brands of Peugeot 206, 307, Triumph, etc. And we also got the privilege of supplying to the new found TACHI-Johnson Control Automotive Seating Co., for their new brand OCURA in China. Anyway, we are becoming the top priority of many top well-known car manufacturers or their 1st tier suppliers.
