The company was founded in 1958. In 2004, China Composite Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Building Materials Group Corporation under SASAC, invested 51%, and Shandong Xigang Aquatic Products Group Co., Ltd. Invested 49%, established the state-owned holding enterprise---Zhongfu Xigang, with a registered capital 32.52 million yuan. On technical force and talent reserve, at present, we have 121 engineering and technical personnel, among which 64 with intermediate or advanced technical titles, 80% with college degree or above. Meanwhile, we have established long-term cooperative relations in producing, learning, researching and application with Harbin Institute of Technology, 708 Institute of CSSC, 702 Institute of CSIC and other famous units in the industry.
