With 35 sets relevant machines and auxiliary facilities, we can achieve an annual capacity of 20, 000 tons magnesia carbon bricks, 20, 000 tons pre-cast bricks, 40, 000 tons light-burnt magnesia pellets as well as 40, 000 tons monolithic refractories.
Our finished products include Magnesia Carbon brick, Alumina Magnesia Carbon brick, Alumina SiC Carbon brick, magnesia calcium bricks, fire-clay insulating bricks, high-alumina insulating bricks, and special insulating refractory bricks, light-burnt magnesia pellet, monolithic refractories and special refractories, pre-cast carbon free ladle brick, purging brick, well block, LF roof, EAF roof, casting refractories and ramming mix for tundish, ladle, blast furnace, etc.
Meanwhile, we own the best magnesite resources with below features: The good thickness of mine body, the high taste of ore and the stable quality. The taste of mines with MGO≥ 46% are more than 48%. In additional, the mine is open pit, and the yield of the mine is more than 0.8 million MT/ year. So it provides very stable magnesite ores for production and development.
The total production capactity of is about 1 million per year. With different advanced furnaces and shaft kilns, we produce hundreds of thousand of fused magnesia, caustic magnesia powder, high purity magnesia and dead burned magnesia per year. Theese products are very good in quality, especially for the fused magnesia and high purity magnesia with Ca/ Si≥ 2, welcomed by the clients at home and abroad.
