In 2001 the founder of Wilop Forge and Foundry acquired a local flange manufacturer which started production of forged steel flanges in 1987 as well as starting up a large flange manufactuering facility in China, through almost ten years development Wilop now owns one forged steel flange plant and one foundry in two locations of Shanxi Province and Liaoning Province.
