Sourcing
Our specialization is the management of the whole outsourcing process in Asia and especially in China and India. We can help you from the beginning of your analysis up to the implementation.

Analysis: Which product or component you intend to source from Asia. By our knowledge of the market we will give you informations about the maturity of this market in Asia. We can find suppliers able to match your requirements.
Implementation: We will be with you all along the process in order to support you in dealing with Asian suppliers. Visit of potential suppliers, negotiation, contract elaboration and follow-up.

Permanent follow-up: To ensure the contract is still up to date and continue a benchmarking of the market.
Quality

Evaluation: We conduct audit to suppliers' factories in order to confirm our first evaluation. We can use the customer audit questionnaire or our questionnaire which is done according to ISO. The customer will receive all copies of evaluations ordered by him, with our detailed conclusion.

Control: We also do quality control during production or before shipment, this depend on customer's request. We can have a dedicated team at the supplier's facility and follow each step of the production, in order to guaranty the respect of the process.

Quality incident: We can be the representative of the customer when a quality incident is found anywhere. We will support the supplier to realize a root cause analysis (8D or PDCA) and validate the conclusion.
FAI preparation: We can also follow the project up to the start of production. In this domain, we support the supplier to prepare the process (process qualification), the documentation in order to pass "right first time" the FAI (First Article Inspection).

Supplier improvement: If a customer has a supplier in Asia or find a supplier who is interesting but needs to improve some weakenesses, we are able to define an action plan and help the supplier to improve its weak points.

Permanent follow-up: Our team can continue to follow the supplier following a frequency defined with the customer (for example 2 days per week, or just to be there for a control before shipment, etc^)
Supply-Chain

In this area, our aim is to guaranty the deliveries on time and in the right quantity (OTIF: On Time and In Full). We want to avoid any supply-chain problem.

To be able to reach an OTIF of 98%, we audit all the supply-chain flow of the supplier and point out all the risks. The goal is to eliminate all risks. During a certain period to be agreed with the customer, we support the supplier and train his team to have a good performance.

Permanent follow-up: We can continue to follow the delivery performance of supplier and decide an action plan if we find some deviation and risk for the customer.

Implementation: We can analyse, propose and implement an efficient supply-chain flow to meet the customer requirements. In this analysis we also integrate the cost, we can implement a cross docking warehouse to consolidate all your goods in containers.

2. Training in Sourcing, Quality and Supply-Chain
We are able to train your team or supplier's team to improve their efficiency in Sourcing, Quality and Supply-Chain. The training will be tailor made based on their needs.

3. Trading
We also have an activity of trading, mostly dedicated to Africa. We select products which can be interesting for a given area, and we buy and sell.
