Ruilin was established in 2007, headquarterd in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, P. R. China. It has two affiliated plants including Nanjing Hanrui Cobalt Co., Ltd. And Jiangsu Runjie New Material(under construction). Nanjing Hanrui Cobalt Co., Ltd. is Runlin's production base of cobalt powder and financial as well as logistic center. Runjie New Material will be the production base of all kinds of cobalt chemicals after its completion. Meanwhile, Runlin has a subsidiary in D. R. Congo which is the supplying source of cobalt concentrates and other co-bearing materials.
