In our factory, we have the complete set of advanced production equipments and test equipments in place ( 30 counter pressure casting machines, 15 gravity casting machines, 2 continuous heat treat furnaces, 2 painting lines, 30 set of CNC drilling machines, 10 set of CNC machining machines, X-ray detector, VIA certified strength-test machines, etc).
We have strong R&D team which, equiped with deep computer knowledge and advanced analyzing software, is able to design various kinds of models, and has the ablity of judge the viablity of new model passing strength test before making mold.
We have well-trained employee working in the workshop and well trained QC staff to guarantee each piece of alloy wheel from our factory without defaults.
We have exported to many overseas countries, such as USA, Western Europe, Middle east, Australia, etc.
We has obtained the ISO9001: 2000, ISO/TS16949 &DOT certificates and we introduced VIA, TUV&SFI into our quality management systems.
