Established in 1982, Weifang Hualong Casting Co., Ltd. Is specializing in casting for several years. It is located in the north suburb of Weifang City. Now we own four casting foundry and one valve assemble foundry. The company owns 42000 square meters building land. Its fixed production capacity reaches 24000 tons. It possess investment precision casting lines, lost foam casting lines and shell mold casting line. It posses 10 sets of intermediate frequency electric furnaces, one is 3 tons, one is 1 tons, six are 500 KGS, one is 250KG and one is 100KG. It owns perfect inspection equipment, advanced technology and production facilities. Our workers and administrative person are well trained. We produce complying with ISO9001 and TS16949 Standards.

Our main product material is: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high-Mn steel, nodular iron and gray iron. It is used for heavy truck, engineering machine, agriculture machine, equipment, railway, electric line, bridge, valve and pipe, construction.

We own perfect inspection equipment, it includes spectrometer, metallograph, ultrasonoscope, HB sclerometer, HRC sclerometer, pull tester, strike tester.
