It is not any refurbishing process. Terminal has a strict process of virgin cores, which are collection, disassembly, cleaning, separation and check. Key components will not be adopted unless they are passed lifespan test by the R&D department over and over in different environment. For instance, the majority of OPCs are customized by Mitsubish or FUJI. Charge rollers are also made specifically from original materials that are sourced from OEM suppliers. Every component must be consistent on both quality and access once it is confirmed and input in our system.

Canon fixing film assemblies and Xerox fuser assemblies are also mature and successful products that are broadly accepted by customers in North America, West Europe and Australia.

Developer units for Konica and Xerox have been launched, while some Canon models are continuously in developing.

Terminal's warranty of less than 2% defective rate and replacement for every single failed product is guaranteed with its scientific and rigorous QC system. Nothing can be shipped unless it is passed test and protected firmly.
