Wenerwei uses sophisticated and state of the art CNC equipment incorporated with our high - tech manufacturing machining technology, in conjunction with highly trained and skilled technician and staff and executing QC system to QS / ISO standard enabling Wenerwei to be more innovative and efficient than our competitors allowing our customers to realize greater overall satisfaction.
Wenerwei's state-of-the-art moldmaking facility is staffed by 38 accredited moldmakers, enabling us to closely monitor mold quality and progress. The latest in technology, from wire EDM machines to CNC - EDM and CNC milling machines complement our many conventional milling machines and grinders.
Our focus on maintaining up-to-date moldmaking technology allows Wenerwei to perform all but a few special machining processes in-house, virtually eliminating the need for outside sources. This increases our control over your mold quality and delivery, saving you time and money!
