Our company, Jiashan Sinhai Precision Casting Co., Ltd, is mainly engaged in producing investment casting by the silicon gel lost wax process through tooling developing, casting and machining. The castings are made of various kinds of stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel and aluminum alloy.

Capacity:
2000 tons investment casting parts per year, each month 150 tons, currently occupied capacity each month is about 110 tons; Aluminum casting parts is more than 30 tons per month.

Steel casting: Pump, valve series, flowmeter series, fittings series, machinery parts series, food appliance parts series, propellers & impellers series investment precision casting of aluminum alloy: Turbine blade, volute used for water circulating pump, impeller, hydrant and fire-fighting coupling, valve series.
Metal mold casting of aluminum alloy: Connectors, tube bundles, pipe fittings, flange, base, elblow pipe and so on.

1)Certificate: Gained the certificate of ISO9001-2008 quality system, the authentication certificate of ISO 9001 international quality management standards, certificate of CQM and Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

2)Complete test equipments: Spectrum analyzer, three coordinates measuring instrument, metallographic microscope, digital display viscosity tester and various testing instruments of metal and mechanical properties
