The equipment is mainly used for riveting binding post and silver point, to reduce workers labour intensity and enhance work efficiency.

Equipment description
1.The machine adopts system of feeding, checking, riveting and unloading automatically. There are four steps:  firstly, Vibration plate feeding copper cylinders; secondly, send silver point; thirdly, riveting automatically; fourthly, sorting.
2.The machine adopts PLC program, human-computer interaction interface, motor starts index plate combines with the cylinder, then composed into mechanical hand, which can realize precision assembly. And it also has automatic count, failure warming, abnormal show function.
It's very easy to operate and convenient to use. What's more, you can choose each side operate independently.
3.Cycle time: 1.2-1.5S each time,   working accuracy: ±0.03MM

No danger of explosion of media, noncorrosive gases and conductive dust.
