Wanlong Precision Casting Co., Ltd., of Henan Province is located in Western Industrial Area of Wenxian, Henan Province. We are an outstanding private enterprise.

In 1993, Wanlong started to set foot in precision casting industry.

In 1996, Wanglong's multifunctional pliers entered Guangdong market, and were exported to Southeast Asia and West Europe after further processing.

In 1999, Wanglong invested in 320 million Yuan to upgrade the production installation and living facilities. Our new factory was put into use in March 2000, and brought great benefits.

Since 1997, Wanlong's tax and profits have increased by 50% annually. Thus, the staff's income has greatly increased.

In 2007, Wanlong established a Technology Center consisting of an R & D department, a modern metrology laboratory and a testing center. Our Technology Center covers 500 square meters and has 66 staff, including 36 scientific researchers. Our Technology Center is assessed as a Provincial Technical Center.

In order to meet customers' needs better and adapt to the changeable market, based on the original production ability, Wanlong purchased a 20, 000-square-meter land to expand the production lines of silicon sol and improve the processing ability for machine work. The construction project was finished in June 2004. It has been put into service already.

There are 400 workers in our factory and the permanent assets are 800 million Yuan. Our factory mainly uses two kinds of technologies, namely silicon sol class and water class, and our company supplies goods according to Japanese standard (JIS), German standard (DIN) and American standard. Wanlong's products have many advantages: High precision in size and smooth surface.

Wanlong's main products include different kinds of non-rusting valve bodies, butterfly-valve machine parts, hardware for ship and civilian use and art decorations. The annual production capacity can reach 2, 000 tons. Our products are mainly exported to Japan, America and Europe. Our annual output value reaches 2, 000 million Yuan.

Our company has many well-established quality inspection facilities and methods such as direct reading spectrum analyzers, universal testing machines, metallographic analyzers, X-ray non-destructive fault detectors and hardness detectors, all of which can completely meet customers' requirements.
