In July 1992, Ningbo Zhonghua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. Was invested by APP of Sinar Mas from Indonesia, Zhongce Investment Co., Ltd. From Hong Kong, Ningbo Duplex Board Factory and China Paper and Pulp Import and Export Co., Ltd. It is located in Duantang Town, Haishu District, Ningbo, the company has a land area of 630, 000 square meters (about 940 mu). The total asset is 5.3 billion yuan, the number of employees is about 1605, the annual production of white paper boards is about 500, 000 tons, and it is the largest and most advanced professional producer of duplex paper boards in China.

Zhonghua Paper uses old newspaper, office paper and magazines as its raw materials, so it helps make our living and working environment clean and save natural resources. Zhonghua Paper has invested over 160 million yuan in environment protection, and it passed accreditation of ISO 14001 International Environment Management System of SGS to become the first papermaking enterprise with this accreditation in China in March 1999.
