The manufacturing plant of our company established in 1990 and its general registered capital is 20 million RMB. It has 6 subsidiary workshops-sand casting,

Investment casting, die casting, heat treatment, machining and pattern making. With 380 reliable employees, the plant's total occupancy area is 50, 000m2 and total building area is 20, 000m2. It owns more than 150 sets of production equipment such as medium frequency induction furnaces, AOD refine oxidizing process furnace, sand mixer, heat treatment furnace, die casting machines, CNC machines and so on. Its yearly production capacity is 9, 400 tons of all castings. The mainly adopted technologies for sand casting are resin sand, clay sand and sodium silicate self-hardening sand processes; For investment casting are water glass and sillica colloidal processes. For die casting, we have 2 sets of 1, 600 tons die casting machine and some other small size ones. In addition, we have 12 machining process lines and more than 10 sets of large-scale CNC machines.
