Makers Manufacturing Industries (HK) Ltd. began its manufacturing operations in 1999. Its Parent company was established in 1969, trading and exporting for over 35 years. With many experienced people working at Makers, the company has been able to modify its facilities to the benefit of its customers.
Each product at makers is designed by professional designers and Engineers who are constantly monitoring the latest trend and fashion to understand consumer behaviors in order to create innovative, and yet fashionable products.
Manufacturing takes place in facilities located in Southern China and each product on our assembly line is monitored by an experienced and qualified Quality Controller. Makers employs over 2,500 assembly workers on a contract and sub-contract basis, as well as a number of engineers and Q.C teams overseeing the production operations in China.
Our Quality controllers monitor the production as well as carry out pre-shipment. These inspections are conducted at AQL 1.5/Major and 4.0/Minor. For certain markets, depending upon the customers requirements the inspections are also carried out at AQL 1.0/Major and 2.54/Minor. The products are put through Life Tests, Drop Tests, Reliability Tests, Humidity And Tempreture control tests before being released for shipment.
Our products meet with consumer safety, international norms and standards, of UL, ETL,VDE,BS electrical standards, as well as FCC or CE radiation emission requirements.
