Dongying production base is established in 1994, and it came into formal operation in 1996. The company expanded production and did transformation by the year 1999 and 2001. And has an annual overall production capacity of 45, 000 tons, also registered capital attained one hundred million yuan.
Dongying has two manufacturing shops. The pipe workshop has 7 pipe extrusion lines which are imported from Germany and Austria. Fitting shop is divided into two sections which are injection and welded. There are five High-performance injection molding machines. The company is capable of producing all kinds of pipes and fittings from dn20mm to dn800mm in diameter.
The company has been chosen as plastics processing industry association of professional committee vice-president unit of the plastic pipe in 1998.
It also turned into the national plastic products standardization technical committee SC3 core member unit, which established technological leadership in industry.
