Siu Yip Plastic Mould Factory was established in Hong Kong as early as in 1971 and set up its China mainland factory plant in 1989.
Our major business are plastic mould manufacturing and plastic injection moulding accompanied with secondary works, such as spraying and silk screen printing. In 1996, a branch factory was set up in Xixiang, then moved to Chang'an, Dongguan in 2000 which has a bigger factory premise as well as more advanced injection machines added. In the same year, we built our own factory plant with more than 7, 000 square meters in Longhua, Shenzhen. A very strong R&D team was set up and three new assembly lines were introduced. Until now, we have handled some OEM products such as CD remote controls, mobile phone clips, keylight and car chargers, among which, some are well known brands. Also we have developed some our own products such as music fountains, music saving houses, and animal pencil sharpeners.
Currently we have about 500 employees, 55 injection machines ranging from 20 to 600MT. Among them, there are 2 Boy, 4 Demag German made, and 13 Japan made machines which can meet the limited tolerance and guarantee high quality requirements for those precision items.
For mold department, we have following facilities: 1 high speed punching machine, 6 milling machine, 2 grounding machines, 3 lathe machines, 5 EDM machines, 2 welding machines, 2 drilling machines, 2 wire cutting machines and 1 CNC.
For printing department, we have following facilities: 8 spraying work stations with 2 spraying lines, 1 hot film transfer stamping machine, 9 pad printing machines, 5 hot stamping machines and two silkscreen printing lines.
Our factory has much experience in materials applications. Despite ABS, PS, GPPS, HIPS, PP, PMMA or PC, there are some technical materials: PP+GF, TPU, TPR, PPO, PA+GF or PA+GF+PTFE used in our customers' products.
