Installation:

For big project and complex machine, we can dispatch engineers to customer site for installation and commissioning, The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and processing lines.

After Service:

We will provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period.

Training:

We will provide free training to your technician free of charge at our factory site in Shanghai, China. All travel and related expense would be at the purchaser's expense

Warranty:

All parts are under 15 Months Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty.
