Our business : contract manufacturing.

Our organization : in Hong Kong there taking care of the daily business operation, sales and marketing, and coordination with QC engineers in China factories.

Project monitoring system : we have very unique and keen monitoring and reporting system to look after our projects in the factories. Our production and QC engineers in China are rotating to station at the factories to follow and monitor the progress of our projects of each stage, as well as carrying out the QC duties if required. The engineers are to report back to the Hong Kong office.

Quality control : normally for each batch of samples we are to deliver we would carryout spectrum analysis and CMM; and for products delivery, depending on the agreement, we usually would provide report on spectrum analysis, hardness testing, mechanical properties testing. For most products, we would develop our own checking gauges / fixtures for QC purposes, however sometimes the customer would send their own checking gauges / fixtures for us to use.

Main products we delivered : automobile parts, motorcycle parts and other industrial parts.

Main markets we are delivering to : UK, US, Canada.

Main manufacturing processes : investment casting, sand casting, spheroidal graphite iron casting, forging.

Surface and finishing processes : we are experienced in passivation, phosphatization, chrome plating, zinc plating, EP dipping, powder coating, and also provide services in heat treatment, shot blasting, high shine polishing etc.

Other manufacturing processes : pulling/drawing, stamping, parts forming, aluminum die casting, aluminum extrusion, plastic extrusion, plastic injection.
