We are specialized in researching and manufacturing Ultra High Molecular Weight PE (UHMWPE) products including UHMWPE marine face pad, UHMWPE sheet/board, UHMWPE lining plate, for example, the coal lining, cement lining and the UHMWPE irregular parts.
For Ticona, we are their largest customer in China using the material with molecular weight ranging from 2.5 million to 9.2 million. We have 5 production lines with annual production capacity of 6000 tons. With the properties of great wear resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, high impact strength, our UHMWPE products are ideal for machine construction and also first choice in applications like plant construction, conveyor technology, steel structure, oil and gas and food industry. And also, for harbor and fender construction, the UHMWPE is as a lining for highly exposed areas or as a material for the sports and skiing industry.
With testing equipments, our company has strict quality system to guarantee the good quality of our products.
