Tianyi Printing Co., Ltd was established in 1997. In July of 2001, the company invested more than 930, 000 yuan to build our new factory. And in July of 2004, the company moved to Environment Protection and Scientific Technology District of Jinan Hi-tech Development Zone. It occupies an area of 7.2 hectare. The manufacturing area is about 15, 000 square meters. The body of the building adopts the steel structure. It represents the worldwide high level of American Butler Company. Our company adopts the totally closed working space that uses air conditioner to adjust the temperature and humidity. Now, our company's total asset is about 160 million yuan and the registered capital is about 5 million yuan. The company mainly works on the printing and packaging business. It includes the printing of all kinds of high-quality pictorial booklets and advertising paper, the printing boxes for medicine and for food, the number of which can reach to 15 billion every year.
Our company has the most advanced Apple Computer Graphics designing system in the world, the newly scientific achievement of Heidelberg (Primesetter 102), the classic product of Heidelberg (Primscan D7100), and the popular BESTCOLOR digital proofing system and Japanese traditional halftone screen proofer. All of these constitute the digital processing work of "Tianyi Printing".
Our company owns four advanced manufacturing lines of the world for box packaging and printing, including six-colour printing press (KOMORI, UV printing unit, online coating unit), five-colour printing press (KOMORI online coating unit), six register die cutting machine (SANWA), and three of them are Swiss BOBST, two are Japanese SANWA, one is Youheng locating gilding press. And we also have six automatic glue applicators, four of which are Taiwan Caishun, one is Swiss's BOBST, and another is Youheng, and we have two cutting machines (Paula) and so on.
