Jinzhou Tonjin Foods Co., Ltd., a large scale peanut kernel processing enterprise, was founded in June 2001 by co-investment of Mr. HanDusheng of Taiwan and Jinzhou Tianyi Foods Co., Ltd. Subsidiaries of Tangshan Tonsun Trade Enterprise(Group) Co. eith the principal of mutual benefit.
Located in Qilihe Town Yi County, the main peanut growing zones of Liaoning Province, Jinzhou Tonjin Foods Co., Ltd. Began it's operation in June 7, 2002 with registered capital of USD5, 000, 000 and occupation area of 53280 square meters. The building area of the primary project is 23095. 95 square meters and the secondary is 10390 square meters. The green land area is 10000 square meters. The daily processing capacity can reach to 300 tons and annual capacity can be 50000 tons to 100000 tons.
The company has a staff of 350, including 30 managing staff, and over 24 employees with college level.
Our warehouse is sanitary and in the good order. We have a full set of facilities preventing against the fire, mould, theft, insects and rats, as well as the large-scale peanut classification and sorting machines and advanced moisture content analyzing instrument. In 2002, our company got the right of self import and export, meanwhile we passed the ISO9001 International Quality System Certificate. We adopt the modern enterprise management mode for rapid development.
In order to improve the added-value of products and strengthen the company's competition abroad and at home, Tonsun Group has also invested to develop Tonjin's secondary expansion project, that is, peanut albumen and cold-rolled peanut. Started in May 18, 2002, the basic construction of secondary project has been completed. The total investment of the project is RMB 43 million, including RMB 20 million for basic construction and RMB 23 million for equipment. With a full set of production line of peanuts deep-processing introduced from Germany, we can produce 10000 tons of peanut family recreation foodstuff annually. GOLDEN NUTS, the brand name for it is being applied for registration at home and abroad.
We have been expanding continually at the basis of former operation mode. We will speed up the step of deep processing of agricultural products and the development of domestic market. Based on the agricultural products processing, we will transfer to the deep-processing from the primary processing step by step and expand the international and home market further.
