The factory

Tianjin DEKON New Materials Technology Ltd. Is based in Tianjin, China, and is well known as a high-tech enterprise specialized in research and manufacturing of various materials for card production industry. The registered capital of the company is 20 million RMB. The factory is an independent garden-style place covering over 10000 square meters.

Production capacity

The production project at the first phase has been completed, and the annual output is 600 tons of overlay coating glue, 15 million square meters of coated overlay, 500 tons of printing coating, 6 million square meters of printing sheets. The production project at second phase will be completed in 2014; The production capacity will double by then.

Main products

The products independently developed by our own technical team are categorized into two parts: The coating glue that can applied to various substrates including PVC, PET and PETG as well as printing coatings that are applied in digital printing, laser printing, inkjet printing and others. The main products are detailed as below: PVC coated overlay, PC coated overlay, and PETG coated overlay, PVC inkjet printing material (white/gold/silver/transparent), digital printing materials (special for various printers including HP Indigo, Konica, MGI and Xerox), digital medical print sheets and other relevant consumables for card production.
