Our company, Shanghai Huiliang Textile Accessories Co., Ltd., manufacture and supply breathable fabrics for out-door wears and sportswear purposes. Our breathable fabrics registered as COMTEX, is laminated with 1 layer of functional membrane and 1 or 2 layers of other fabrics in various compositions.
We apply non-toxic glue in the laminating process. The membrane used is also toxin-free, decomposable, recyclable, allergy-free, as well able to stay flexible and elastic at extreme low temperatures.

Our TPU series, one branch of Comtex family, is our main focus at present. This series is strictly tested by prevail European and American standards. In spite of the performances as good as some top brands of breathable fabrics, our TPU series keeps price competitiveness all the time, and all that leads the way to our cooperation with many apparel brand makers both domestically and internationally.

Our factory was wholly invested by and affiliated to Namliong Group, starting up since 1992, Namliong Group is one of the Best 100 in Taiwan, it boasts 500 water-jet looms air-jet looms and rapier looms.
