We possess of equipment imported from Japan, Europe and America, such as CNC, two heads EDM, big die spotting machine, deep hole drilling cente EDM and other facility are working in good function, with capacity of making 50~60 injection moulds and huge quantity of prototyping parts per month. Among these, there are moulds with several hot runner systems including HASCO, DME, INCOE, EWIKON, Moldmaster and YUDO, there are also gas-asssisted injection moulds and high precision connector moulds. Prototyping parts are being made by CNC milling or SLA or SLS or vacuum injection, besides, we make a whole project design according to the concept or an idea from customer as well. Most popular design software like PRO-E, solidwork, autoCAD and UG are applied by our skillful engineer, we also can make the moldflow analysis if necessary before design and making the tooling.
