Established in 2001, Shanghai Tianbao Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Is a large-scaled manufacturer that specializes in producing a wide range of fasteners. Situated in Luonan Economic Development Zone of Baoshan District in Shanghai, our company enjoys a very good location, as it is adjacent to China's most advanced steel manufacturing base--Bao Steel, and near the state-level port--Wusong Port.

Over years of development and innovation, our total assets reach 120 million yuan, registered capital 25 milllion yuan. Covering an area of 20, 000sqm, we have 300 employees, over 40 of which are technicians. At present, our annual production capacity is 50, 000 tons. We have imported spheroidal annealing well furnaces and Taiwan-made cold heading equipment and quenching equipment of high speed and high precision. High quality products come from advanced cold heading technique. In 2001, we passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system. Furthermore, we have obtained rights of self-managed import and export.

In 2004, our company, along with the share of national large-scaled steel melting enterprise--Hunan Lengshui Boda Steel Co., Ltd., established a company named Lengshui River Boqiang Steel for Rivets Co., Ltd. It can produce 500, 000 tons of excellent cold heading wires every year. In 2006, Lengshui River Tianbao Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Was established, with a planned floor space of 1000 Mu. Its production capacity of fasteners is expected to reach 150, 000 tons and the output will be 70, 000 tons in the first phase. It will be completed and put into production before July 2008, achieving the output of 100, 000 tons. It is anticipated that the output will have come to 200, 000 tons by 2010.

Various international industrial standards of products are available in Tianbao, including GB, ISO, DIN, ANSI, BS, UNI, etc. In terms of materials, we have carbon steel SAE1010, 1035, 1045 and stainless steel SS304. Property class includes Grade 8.8 and 10.9, A2-70, etc. In addition, we can customize a wide range of non-standard fasteners as well. Our products are exported to many regions, such as Europe, Australia, Africa, South-East Asia, South America, etc.
