CASTING BUSINESS:

Specification: We produce various classes of castings in Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, Malleable Iron and other Metals. These castings are intended for construction and engineering use. The weights of castings are ranging from several grams to several tons.

Process: The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of details required.

Then green sand molds are made on simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger. Shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax pattern used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines.

Quality control: Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.

FORGING BUSINESS:

Through hammering and die forging, heated metal pieces can be forged to different shape with more strength and tight microstructure. These parts are widely used in car, truck and ship industries and agricultures. Forging provides superior mechanical properties over castings due to the internal gain structure formation in forged parts.

Forging components possess increased ductility which makes them desirable for many configurations. Also, as a technique hot forging is more flexible than cold forging, since customized parts can be manufactured. The excellent surface quality allows a wide range of finishing work as polishing, coating or painting, tailored to customer's specific needs.

STAMPING BUSINESS:

With help of metal sheet processing equipments such as shearing machine, braking machine, punch press, torch/plasma/laser cutting machines, stamped metal components for different uses can be manufactured and supplied.
