Shengzhou Yiliang Weaving & Garments Co., Ltd. Is an enterprise which rolls designing, weaving, printing and dyeing, and making up into one, produces all kinds of high and medium grade clothing (especially does well in producing shirts for male and female), neckties, silk scarves, seamless underwear, short boxers.
At present the corporation has a factory for weaving fabrics, a factory for printing and dyeing, a factory for woven fabric finish (cooperation with Italy), a factory for producing clothes, a factory for producing neckties.
The factory for weaving fabrics
The factory has many kinds of weaving machines, producing silk, jacquard fabric with chemical fiber, such as 56CM, 67CM, 70CM, 85CM, 105CM, 134CM, 170CM, 210CM. The fabrics which are fit for neckties, high-grade shirts, western-style clothes, jackets, sports clothes, waistcoats, dresses and so on are combed and popular.
The factory for printing and dyeing (cooperation with South Korea)
The factory prints for neckties and scarves. The workshop of dyeing yarn dyes silk yarn that can be used for high-grade dye-yarned neckties, beddings, and woven fabrics.
The factory for woven fabric finish (cooperation with Italy)
The factory can soften fabrics, harden fabrics, brighten fabrics, thicken fabrics, waterproof, resist spots, resist crease, where the Italian specialists stay and guide the prescriptions. The factory can prescribe and deal with the fabrics according to the customers requirements, so the clothes and neckties can be soft and haven't creases.
The factory for producing clothes
1. Sportswear workshop: There are more than 120 skilled workers, producing kinds of girls shirts, skirts, trousers, waistcoats, sports clothes, dungarees, and all sorts of scarves.
2. Male shirts workshop: There are over 160 skilled workers, producing many styles of male shirts. It was pointed company for producing Shanghai Kaikai brand shirts originally.
3. V The factory for producing neckties
There are over 110 skilled workers, producing all styles of medium and high-grade neckties.
The corporation is the first group to pass the ISO9001 quality control authentication in the same field, because of complying with the quality control strictly in governing and producing.
