Shenzhen ARS Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. founded in Jan 2007. It is a hi-tech enterprise specialized in mobile phone complete sets research and development, mobile phones manufacturing and marketing, etc. The company is one of subsidiary companies of Elitek communication Devices Co., Ltd. which with around 1500 staff.
ARS focus on introducing talented staff and adhering to high technology. There are more than 20 R&D engineers who work for ARS now. ARS keeps close partnership with some of the world's leading telecom and chip development companies. All the original technologies of mobile phone projects come from the first class companies like: TI from USA, MTK from Taiwan, and ADI from England, etc.
In early 2004, the company's project MI188 was authorized as "Shenzhen High-Tech Project" by Shenzhen municipal government, and Elitek Communication Devices CO., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Shenzhen Software Enterprise", becoming one of the few enterprises in Shenzhen which enjoys software allowance from government.
ARS will share manufactory with Elitek. As to manufacturer, Elitek equipped with well-equipped screen rooms, dust-free workshops and testing equipments for chip and mobile phone. With over ten product lines for GSM and PHS handsets, Elitek has strong producing capacity. As to management system, Elitek was certified by ISO 9001 (the quality system certification), ISO14001 (the environment system certification) and OHSM18001 (occupation security and healthy certification) in 2005. In 2006, Elitek introduced the costly Tiansi managing ERP system from Taiwan. The sound management system not only insures the quality of products, but also provides a better chance for the company to compete in the world market.
ARS owns a mature sales team and a sound network for sales and after-sales service. It has established agents and after-sale service centers in 31 provinces and cities around China. The company is now developing the overseas market, especially south-east Asia.
