We can supply radiator for transformer manufacturer. The radiator could be as per client's requirement. If any demand, please contact to me without any hesitate.
Installation method
A. Fixed typewelded directly on transformers oil tank without flange.
B. Dismantling type: Fasten on transformers oil tank with flange
Cooling type
A. Natural cooling: Radiator sends out heat through air convection
B. Forced air cooling: Radiator sends out heat through blower blow (bottom blowing or side blowing)
C. Forced oil circulation forced air cooling: Radiator sends out heat through oil pump force transformer oil circulation and blower blow.
A. When product arrive in customer, checking the contract and packing list to confirm the specification, type, quantity, surface lacquer color is compulsory.
B. Checking nitrogen pressure, keep it 5kPa and positive pressure even under lowest temperature.
C. Checking if painted lacquer is damaged during transportation. Damaged place should be repainted with same color lacquer.
D. If radiator is bumped badly, after repair tightness test under pressure 0.12MPa is compulsory. Or it should be sent back to manufacturer to repair and test.
E. If there is obvious quality flaw on radiator surface please inform us within 2 days when receive the product. Or it will be taken as no problem.
Requirement of radiator lifting & storing
A. Radiator should be put in plain place and well-ventilated. Radiator bottom should be kept away from ground. Block up at least 60mm and dont dip in water. Rain-proof methods should be taken during radiator storing period.
B. When lifting the radiator from packing or installation on transformer, lifting hook, lifting rope should be wrapped by clean cloth. When put radiator on the ground, please add block under radiator to prevent lacquer from being damaged. When turning radiator, please add at least 60mm wooden block. In case oil drainage plug is pressed and then there is some oil leak.
