Our solid-liquid PCMs (phase change materials) are self-developed new PCMs based on natural oils. They are environmentally friendly, renewable, biodegradable and have high energy storage density with no supercooling and good cycle performance. On this basis, a series of materials such as microcapsule PCMs, high thermal conductivity PCMs and shape stabilized PCMs can be produced, which can be applied to textiles, building materials, device temperature control, lithium battery temperature control, rapid cooling products, cold chain transportation and other fields.
Our microcapsule PCMs are made of inorganic material as shell material and adopts unique production process. It has the pressure resistance of microcapsules far exceeding the polymer shell PCMs. It has passed the EU RoHS certification by SGS test. Completely free of formaldehyde, it is very suitable for textile applications. Our high thermal conductivity PCMs have the advantages of high enthalpy and high thermal conductivity, and are widely used in the fields of temperature control of lithium batteries, temperature control of electronic devices, and rapid cooling products.
