We design and built molds with latest CAE/CAD/CAM technology, and mold flow can be provided from begining of the project.
We can control CNC machined to a tolerance of 0.02mm. Most of our mold used DME and Hasco mold standard, usually we utilize LKM mold base, 1.2344, H13, P20, 718H, etc steel, hot runner include Yudo, Hasco, DME, Synventive. Our mission is to exceed our customer's expectations with a low cost, high quality tool and product that will be delivered on time.
