Production begins when:
1. Camera ready artwork, to. Size, reaches our factory accompanied by a complete purchase order specifying item (s) desired. Quantity, specific imprint color (s), shipping instructions, etc.

2. Payment in full is received or Receipt of deposit.

3. A signed order confirmation form and artwork proof have been received by Sunny Gift via fax or mail.

Production Time: Normal production time is 10-20 working days. Custom products may require more production time due to the complexity.

Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped using the most economical method available, unless a specific service is requested. Drop shipments to multiple locations will incur an additional cost of $5, 00(G)per location. We uses UPS, Federal Express, and common carrier trucking for shipping of all orders, unless otherwise instructed. We will not be held responsible for shipments not received due to reasons such as national disaster, employce strikes, weather, of any other reason (s) not in our direct control. All orders are shipped FOB Hong Kong. All goods lost or damaged in transit become the sole responsibility of the the freight carrier forwarder.

Order Cancellation: Buyer shall be held responsible for any cost incurred through date of cancellation of any complete or partial order. Only written cancellations will be accepted. No returns will be accepted without written authorization by our factory customer service representative.
