It is located in Dawa County of Panjin city near Bohai Sea, facing Yingkou City at the other bank of a river. It enjoys advantaged location, for it abuts against Panhai Expressway, and is close to No. 305 National Way and Beijing-Shenyang Expressway. It covers an area of 18, 000 sq. M. And 6800 sq. M. As building area, with total investment of RMB 8.8 million. Now it has 120 employees including 4 senior engineering technicians and 8 medium-level technicians. Its design and production capability for CPE products is 10, 000 t/y. System of general manager assuming chief responsibility under board of directors is carried out in the company. In the system, there are two departments and four divisions, namely: Business department, production department, marketing division, finance division, management division, quality testing division and technology division.
